Sales policy – thrift store, boutique and bookstore

Return policy

A single (1) exchange within seven (7) days of purchase.

Exchange only at the original store of purchase.

Exchange only on merchandise of equal value.

No refunds, except on electronic or electrical items if defective.

No store credit.

Original receipt required. Price tag must be attached to garments and sticker tags on other articles.

No holds.
Opened bags cannot be sold.
Any item without a price tag or colour tags cannot be sold immediately.

Upon suspicion of a change of tags, the store reserves the right to suspend the transaction at the cash register for the time of verification.

Upon suspicion of theft, the store reserves the right to inspect the contents of a client’s bag.

Final sale

Books, brand new items, CD VHS, DVD, cassettes, vinyls, cosmetics, gift cart, items on sale*, jewelry, office supplies, paint.

*Except on electronic or electrical items if defective.

All items are sold as is. Final sales, no return, exchange or reimbursement.

Types of payment accepted in all our stores:

Cash ($100 bills are no longer accepted), VISA, Mastercard and Interac (minimum amount of $5).
