Renaissance does not retain any personal information when a program subscriber or service user terminates their commitment. As such, we are committed to destroying all information obtained within a reasonable period.

This includes identifying information (first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number), demographic information (age, ethnic origin, nationality, place of residence), technical or digital information (IP address, date and time of connection, pages visited, actions taken on a website), as well as financial, health and biometric information (fingerprints, voiceprint, shape of face, hand, iris, etc.).

Renaissance offers interested customers the opportunity to enroll, free of charge, in its loyalty program, the Trésors program, to accumulate points and save on purchases. Those wishing to enroll in this program must complete an online profile in order to benefit from the program’s benefits – Become a Trésors client – Renaissance (renaissancequebec.ca).
Personal information requested includes first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, language of communication). This information is required to communicate promotional offers and contest notices, program updates, and any other relevant information. The information is also used to assist members in managing their account (reviewing transactions, points balance, profile modification, password management, etc.).
The information collected is accessible only to Renaissance’s program management and customer service teams, and to the following service providers: Paystone and Cakemail.
Individuals interested in Renaissance’s employability programs (le parcours d’insertion and les centres d’aide à l’emploi) can complete an online form so that the people in charge of these programs can contact them and make an appointment.
Individuals wishing to apply for one of our employability programs must provide the following personal information: confirmation of citizenship or accepted status as a permanent resident, temporary foreign worker or refugee, place of residence, first and last name, telephone number and email address. This information is required to ensure that candidates are eligible for such programs, and to contact them to invite them to a meeting or information session.
The information collected is accessible only to the Renaissance website and employability program management teams.
Individuals interested in working for Renaissance have the option of applying online, in which case they will be redirected to the website of our recruitment service provider: ADP.
Occasionally, candidates may also complete an online form in the careers section of our website, enabling our recruitment team to contact them regarding the position(s) they are applying for.
Individuals applying via our service provider’s website must create an online profile and provide the following personal information (first and last name, telephone number, postal address and email address, CV and cover letter or other presentation document). This information is required to ensure that applicants meet the criteria for the position they are applying for, and to enable us to contact them. Individuals completing the online form must provide the following personal information (confirm citizenship or permanent resident status, temporary foreign worker status, first and last name, telephone number, email address and position sought). The information collected is accessible only to Renaissance’s website management and human resources teams and our service provider.
