Dear customers,
Given the temporary closing of our stores until February 7th, 2021 inclusively, returns will be possible once we reopen. We will accept returns for purchases made after December 16, 2020 within 7 days of the reopening of our stores.
- A single (1) exchange will be authorized within seven (7) days following the reopening of our stores.
- Exchange will be allowed only at the store where the purchase was made.
- Exchange of merchandise of equal value only.
- No refunds, except for electronic and electrical devices if it is found to be defective. No store credits.
- Original receipt must be presented with the coloured price tag attached to the garment, or the price tag sticker on other items
This does not apply to the following items which are final sales: jewellery, books, paint and gift cards.
Our regular sales policy will be back in effect when stores reopen on February 8th, 2021.
