Renaissance announces the opening of La Fibre.Atelier, a new destination dedicated to circular fashion in the heart of Griffintown. Designed as a complementary offering to its thrift stores, La Fibre.Atelier features a curated selection of revalued clothing, combining style, quality, and durability.
Born from the vision of Quebec designer and eco-entrepreneur Mariouche Gagné, the concept comes to life through Renaissance, which continues its commitment to transforming the way fashion is consumed.
“With La Fibre.Atelier, we aim to offer a different fashion experience, where each piece is chosen with intention and given new value to extend its life. It’s a new way of consuming—more conscious, without compromising on style,” says Éric St-Arnaud, Executive Director of Renaissance Québec.
Unlike traditional thrift stores, La Fibre.Atelier focuses on a carefully curated selection of clothing chosen for their quality, style, and potential. Items coming from Renaissance’s donation stream are given a second chance here through thoughtful selection. Each piece is carefully sorted, cleaned, refreshed, and repaired when needed. They are then organized and made available in collections, offering a current, fashion-forward experience.
La Fibre.Atelier is part of a growing trend driven by increasing interest in circular fashion and sustainable alternatives, offering a concrete and inspiring way to consume differently.

The collection is available in SAIL stores in Lachenaie and Oshawa.
“With reSAIL, we want to show that outdoor clothing can have many lives. By offering second-hand items that are repaired, washed, and still in excellent condition, we enrich our overall offering with an eco-responsible solution aligned with today’s needs of outdoor enthusiasts,” shares Isabelle Lemay, President and CEO of SAIL.
