The job training for retail sales-sorter-cashier was something new for Jean-Richard who had faced many difficulties before finding his way.
His training at Renaissance, thanks to the diversity of the people he met, taught him how to communicate and to be more at ease; a key element which he had been missing in the workplace beforehand. With the different tasks he was assigned, he also acquired better work techniques.
After his training, Jean-Richard decided to enroll in CEGEP where he will study French literature. He likes playing the saxophone, writing poetry and singing in a local choir.
