During my journey, I discovered that it’s very interesting to work at Renaissance because you learn something new every day. I learned how to be a cashier and how to organize clothes by color and size, things I didn’t know before. Integrating into the workforce in Canada isn’t easy; you need experience. Through the Renaissance integration program, I gained experience and I’m very happy with the results. I’m proud of myself, I’m not afraid to work, and I have confidence in myself.
