In conversation with Mounir one gets an overview of Tunisia, his country of origin, and then he concludes with a tribute to Québec society and its multiculturalism! He loves to highlight the warm welcome and the diversity which is found at Renaissance.
During his job training which began in March, 2021, he is learning to integrate into the job market within a new society and a new culture. He had never worked in a large store before and is really enjoying discovering all the behind the scenes work that goes into stocking the store. From the set-up to the placement of goods passing through to customer service, Mounir certainly appreciates the different tasks he performs and he hopes he can continue to work at Renaissance!
