I chose Renaissance’s program because it was an opportunity to gain work experience while learning a new trade. During my journey, I learned how to label items, arrange merchandise, work at the cash register, and assist in the fitting room, which will help me find a job as a customer service representative. What I liked most about my journey was the relationships I built with the employees, participants, and the management team. I established good connections with them and also gained confidence in myself.
