Open day at the Renaissance thrift shops

Bandeau emploi parcours

On August 3, it's open day at the Renaissance thrift shops from 1 to 4 pm

It’s a great opportunity to find out about our integration programmes, a six-month paid training course to develop new skills. Yes, the people enrolled on these courses are paid to learn!

It’s also an ideal opportunity to talk to the management team who help participants learn a trade, and to the support workers who provide personal and social support throughout the training.

To help them succeed, Renaissance offers:

  • Paid work, 35 hours a week
  • A job reference
  • Job search support for two years following completion of the training

Training available

Sales, sorting, cashiering: sorting, labelling and rotating clothes in the sales area, serving customers and working the cash register.

Handling: loading and unloading lorries and helping customers transport purchased items.
